How to Configure Content Delivery Network (CDN) in Magento 2

Setup CDN Magento 2 - Content Delivery Network (CDN) is one of the most advanced answers when your site performance is too weak to load and too hard to wait while the network loading time is an essential factor that affects your user experience, as well as SEO, Unlike full-page cache, Content Delivery Network (CDN) is not completely integrated into Magento 2 Store, so you want to select and configure a CDN for own.

To Setup a CDN in Magento 2

  • Go to the Admin panel, click on the STORES > Settings > Configuration.
  • Choose Web below General in the sidebar.
  • Click on the General to expand and choose Web.
  • Click on the Base URLs field and complete all the fields.

  • In the Base URL for the Static View Files field, where static view files are stored, enter the URL of the position on the CDN.
  • In the Base URL for the User Media Files field, enter the URL of the Javascript files on the CDN.
  • Open the Base URLs (Secure) section, and continue with the following

  • In the Secure Base URL for Static View Files field, where static view files are stored, enter the URL of the position on the CDN.
  • In the Secure Base URL for the User Media Files field, enter the URL of the Javascript files on the CDN.
  • When finished, click Save config.

Note:

Placeholder of all the fields can be started with: {{unsecure_base_ url}} or left blank.
