Magento 2 Newsletter: The newsletter is an essential part of eCommerce marketing presenting the news about the new product, deals and store information to the customers. The Newsletter feature is equipped in Magento 2.

This functionality gives the email list of customers who subscribe to your Magento store and get your newsletter. In Magento 2, you can send multiple newsletters to customer groups.

Setup Newsletter In Magento 2

Do the following steps to set up the Newsletter in Magento 2:

In the Admin panel, go to STORES > Settings > Configuration.

Click on the Customer to expand and select Newsletter.

In the subscription options, do the following:

In the field of Need to Confirm, select the Yes to require the customer's confirmation.
Set the template and sender for each of the following: Success Email Template, Success Email Sender, Unsubscription Email Template, Unsubscription Email Sender, confirmation Email Template and Confirmation Email Sender.
In the field of Allow Guest Subscription, select the Yes from the drop-down to allow guest users to subscribe.

To save these settings, click on the Save Config button.
