How to update the sales email configuration

For the sales email, if you add a custom email, you need to update their configuration with any relevant email. Then the correct email address will appear as the sender.

  • Navigate to Admin panel > Stores > Configuration.

  • Click on the sidebar then click on sales > sales email.

to update the sales email you can edit these fields. 

  • Enable To enable the order select yes. 
  • New Order Confirmation Email Sender choose the Sales Representative. 
  • New Order Confirmation Template choose the New Order (Default).
  • New Order Confirmation Template for Guest choose the New Order for Guest(Default).
  • Send Order Email Copy To you can set emails to receive a copy of the send email at the same time.
  • Send Order Email Copy Method choose the Bcc method.

Click on Save Config to complete this process.
