The Locale option is a Magento feature that is used in the store views for different settings. In the Locale, you can set the language, Tax Rate, and other settings overall for every store view.

The locale option uses language and time zone for every store view. The locale option also identifies the working days.

Navigate to Admin panel > Stores > Configuration.

In the sidebar, click on General.
Scroll the page and click on the Locale Options.

There are few options to set Locale options.

Timezone Select your Country time zone.
Locale set the Locale of your country.
Weight set weight unit which you require in the store view.
First Day Of Week adds the First Day of the week.
Weekend Days select the last day of the week.

fill all fields of locale options and click on the Save Config button to complete this process.
