How to cancle or edit Order in Magento 2 from admin

In Default functionality, you can only edit the specific thing in any order which means that you can only edit the address info or mark the order as cancelled.

Cancel Order in Magento 2:

Only orders having pending status can be canceled. Admin can select the cancel order option and save orders.

In the Admin Panel, go to SALES > Orders.

Mark checkbox of which order you want to cancel and click on Actions dropdown and then click on Cancel.

Edit Order in Magento 2:

Address Info:

In Changing of address info you need to specify the shipping method. In Case if a customer using a Credit card you will have to enter all data again.

Billing And Shipping data:

if you want to change billing or shipping data you need to re-enter card details.

To change the address info, navigate to Admin panel > sales > orders >

Select an order and click on the edit, here you can edit the address information.

To change the shipping address navigate to Admin panel > sales > shipments >

Select a shipment click on View and now you can edit the Billing address and as well Shipping Address.
