How to Configure Sales Email / Order Confirmation in Magento 2

In this article, how to configure sales Email/order Confirmation in Magento 2.

You will need to follow the following steps to configure the Sales Email.

  • order and order comments.
  • Invoice and Invoice comments.
  • shipment and shipment comments.
  • Credit memo and credit memo comments.

Let's find the email contact as the sender of this email, and also select the email template to be used, and select who is the receiver of this email.

Navigate to Admin Panel > Stores > Configuration.

Navigate to  Sales > Sales Email.

Click on Order.

  • Enable To enable the order select yes. 
  • New Order Confirmation Email Sender select the Sales Representative. 
  • New Order Confirmation Template select the New Order (Default).
  • New Order Confirmation Template for Guest select the New Order for Guest(Default).
  • Send Order Email Copy To you can set emails to receive a copy of the send email at the same time.
  • Send Order Email Copy Method Select the Bcc method.

Order Comments:

Now Click on Order Comments.

  • Enable To enable the order select yes.
